Please use this form for ALL donated items you receive and have in hand.
- Input all details, expiration dates, fine print, etc.
- Use proper grammar and punctuation. These details are what will be shown to bidders and will be used as the contact information for donor thank you letters.
- For the short name, be brief but descriptive. Put the most important info first (“Sedona Gift Cert!” not “Gift Certificate to Sedona”)
- Bring the item to the committee meeting.
